Rick Foell graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 1987 with a Bachelors of Science in Agricultural Business Management & has worked in the California Agricultural market for the past 30 years as a fully licensed Pest Control Advisor and International / California Certified Crop Advisor.

Rick has held the positions of Field PCA / Salesman, Product Manager, Sales Management Support, Distributor Representative, Sales & Marketing Manager, and California Territory Manager for various retail and wholesale chemical & fertility companies and is currently a Field Manger for Capay Farms, Inc., the 10th largest almond & walnut grower in the state. In this position, Rick manages roughly half of the production acres and the walnut harvest for the company.

Rick has been very active with the associations that serve the agricultural industry in California; California Association of Pest Control Advisors (CAPCA), Association of Applied Insect Ecologists (AAIE), and Pesticide Applicators Professional Association (PAPA). Through those organizations, Rick has the opportunity to build relationships with most of the suppliers, distributors, and Pest Control Advisors in the state.

Through various challenging leadership positions, Rick has developed a strong sense of responsibility, effective interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute to and lead effective teams. Rick has a successful track record of helping the companies that he has worked for achieve and exceed their profitability goals.

In addition to having experience in the various aspects of agricultural production, Rick is a certified Diving Coach and the Aquatics Sports Chair for the Pacific & Central California Divisions of the Amateur Athletics Union. In this position, he helps athletes & parents recognize and understand their potential abilities, while providing the resources for those athletes to achieve their potential.
