Steve Carlos was born and raised in Chico, California and grew up working on a family farm. Steve began working at Cummings-Violich Inc. in 1997 as the Field Manager. At that time, he managed approximately 1,800 acres of almond and walnut orchards. In 2011, he transitioned to Capay Farms. In 2019, Steve became General Manager.
